eGroupWare Trouble Ticket Workflow

I'm a huge fan of eGroupWare. It's got calendaring, shared address books, forums, all kinds of handy stuff for the small- and medium-sized business. It's also got a Trouble Ticket System. The Trouble Ticket System is used for reporting and tracking bugs or feature requests in software or really any project of substantial size. As I was tinkering with the Trouble Ticket System, it occured to me that I didn't know about the lifecycle of the bugs reported in the system. After a little poking around, I figured it out. Here's the big picture:
